Athens
-swim 300 meters 6 minutes
-bike 14 miles 43 minutes
-run 5k 24
-transitions total 4 minutes
Total time is 1 hour and 17 minutes

Vineman 70.3
-1.2 mile swim 40 minutes
-56 mile bike 2hours and 30 minutes
-13 mile run 2 hours
-total transitions 7 minutes
Total time 5 hours and ten minutes

I hope that ll the times for the 70.3 will go down. Training is on track, nutrition needs work, always.

Well those are the goal times and goal races.

Working today was crazy, the early starts without seeing the boys in the an is killing me. Tuesday I get to take them to school, and pick them up. I love that. I read so many of these other blogs and so many of you guys have kids and make this work. I hope I can do the same. Maybe I struggle because of the ages, but I do struggle. Anyway, with the nem year, the dog is finally getting out more, other than to just poo in the back yard.Tomorrow is off. I take my friend to the airport, sad day. Well, its finally here! 2007 the year everyone sets their new goals. So here are mine.

Vineman 70.3 - July 22

There are a couple of Duathlons and maybe another half in September. Training starts tomorrow!
