Anywho... Last weeks workout totals are:
- Swim - Didn't drown or walk.
- Bike - indoors all week fely like one billion miles after 60 minutes
- Run - didnt get hit by a car, chased by a dog, twist an ankle or pull anything.
Last week was prettty much a bust. Above is the list of positives from the training week. Well its a new week and todays workout is already behind. Had a client show unexpectedly as i was heading out. Oh well. It will hwppen today for the run, maybe time on the trainer to.
